If zero stars were possible, Mr. Caviness has rightfully earned such a rating based on my experience with him directly. Therefore, consider the one star, the rating earned by the staff-with the exception of a staff member, Ms. Judy-a staff member who I spoke with previously about policy concern.
During my brief time as a customer...
-Mr. Caviness is the most unprofessional agent Ive ever worked with. Not only am I leaving his office-based on his unprofessional antics today- I caused me to plan to leave State Farm completely... as well as inform my family members to switch their auto and other insurance bundles from State Farm to another company.

For the record...I am still waiting to have the answer to a simply question that was too hard for Mr. Caviness look up on computer screen. He'd rather speak to me condescendingly when I stated I would be leaving as a customer rather than use his effort to actually find out the answer to the question he later admitted didn't know the answer to...but said he'd get back to me- only to have one of his staff send me a document which did not answer the question at all. What was the point of purposely telling a staff member to send a document that didn't answer what I asked regarding a billing issue??? Truly appears to have been done as avoidance and deflection...was unable to answer, so avoid admitting that again to me directly and just send a me document just to say an effort was made.

My advice to future potential customers-based on my experience, I recommend you: 1.) seek an agent who values: a) you as a customer, b.) your time, c.) your money whether it's $1 or $1,000,000. 2.) seek an agent with an office staff knowledgeable enough not to have to be transferred multiple time just to get a simple answer. As a consumer, your time is just as valuable...don't allow others to devalue yours or waste it.

Update...no answer or call back as told would occur. What this office obviously couldn't research or answer today; it only took a different office less than 15 mins to look up and clarify in an efficient and professional manner...unlike Mr. Caviness or his office staff during the course of today's inquiry."

"🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩The lady who answers the phone is sweet and I just accidentally hit 3 stars instead of 2 STARS! Its a scam! First 6 months they gave me a fair market rate. Then they literally went up $55 dollars a month without verbally informing me. What happened to the "recorded" agreement like we had the first 6 months! They are in my opinion a 6mo SCAM 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩. The supervisor! Had no customer service skills in explaining the matter. She started talking about what other companies are doing. You DON'T talk about other companies when you advertising for customers why you talking about them now! Sounded like a child making excuses! No go for me at ROSS CAVINESS/ STATE FARM IN KILLEEN!"
